Experience:
Mr. Reynolds has provided management consulting services to healthcare organizations for more than 30 years. During that time he has worked with more than 150 clients throughout the US and in Europe. He specializes in healthcare systems management consulting and has successfully completed engagements with all types of healthcare organizations, including hospitals, physician clinics, products vendors, insurers, academic medical centers and state health institutions.

He is actively involved in supporting clients with organization-wide quality and productivity systems, as well as hospital department operations analysis specializing in Nursing, Pharmacy, Clinical Laboratories, Rehab, Imaging, ED, Environmental Services, Materials Management and other hospital ancillary and support services. Mr. Reynolds also has significant experience with physician clinic operations management, facility planning and moves, and strategic planning services.

Professional Honors and Activities:
Mr. Reynolds is a Life Fellow of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, where he received the National Engineer of the Year Award in 1993. He served on the HIMSS Board of Directors from 1994-1997, and as Vice President, 1997. He served as Chair of the HIMSS Fellows Committee in 2003-2004 and was honored with Life Member status in HIMSS in 2005.
